How does the subscription work?

Choose between our 3-month, 6-month, or one-time purchase options. We ship your box monthly with new and exciting products from the Holy Land. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.

What is included in each box?

Each box features 5-6 carefully selected authentic products from the Holy Land. This includes premium olive oils, handmade crafts, natural dates from the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea salt and cosmetics, textiles, and gourmet foods.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $19.98 per box. We ship worldwide from Israel using reliable carriers to ensure your products arrive safely.

When will my box arrive?

Boxes are shipped at the beginning of each month. Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your box ships.

Can I gift a subscription?

Absolutely! You can purchase any of our plans as a gift. Simply select the gift option at checkout and include the recipient's shipping address. You can also include a personalized message.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next box.

What if an item arrives damaged?

We carefully pack each box to prevent damage during shipping. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Are the products authentic?

Yes! All our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from local Israeli artisans and producers. We work with small businesses and farmers across Israel to bring you genuine Holy Land treasures.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your box, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.
