Shipping Information

Shipping Cost: We charge a flat rate of $19.98 per box for shipping worldwide.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Boxes are shipped at the beginning of each month.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10-20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your box ships so you can monitor its journey from Israel to your doorstep.

Carrier: We use reliable international carriers to ensure your products arrive safely.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information.

Returns Policy

Damaged Items: If any item in your box arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your box or provide a full refund.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

Food Products: Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or consumed. If you have concerns about the quality of any food item, please contact us within 14 days.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before your next billing date. Once a box has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
